Engineering plastic PBT injection molding process:
(1) drying treatment: it can be dried for 3-4 hours at a temperature of about 100 ℃.
(2) injection temperature: 220 ℃ -250 ℃, injection pressure between 50-100mpa, with a faster injection speed.
(3) mold temperature: 60 ℃ -80 ℃, do not exceed 100 ℃. If necessary, silicone can be used as release agent.
